Will This Certain Tattoo Placement Affect My Career Aspiration?

I am aspiring to find a career in the performing arts (i.e. vocal performance, theater criticism, musical theater, etc). Would the placement of small music notes under my collarbone affect my possible employment? Not like, in the middle of my chest, but on the strict right or left side.

  2. Hi^^ I am aspiring to the same thing- good luck. And its really weird but I also want to get a musical tatoo!! but on my hip:) Anyway, I live in NYC and have done some professional acting throughout my life so I have a basic knowledge of this stuff I guess- you definitely don’t want anything overtly obvious on a place as visible as your collarbone- especially if you are doing film acting. They want you as natural as possible- it would be inconvenient to cover it up repeatedly if they had to. Even if you are thinking more along the lines of musical/vocal performance, I wouldn’t recommend it. When I go to auditions, my manager doesn’t even let me wear barely any make up! haha I’m not saying not to get the tattoo of course, I’m just suggesting that you put it in a different place…..hope I helped and good luck!!!^^

  3. Probably not, it actually sounds pretty cute. I like it, it definitely sounds artsy in your field go for it! Don’t be mad if you don’t get a part because of me.
