Why Cant I Find A New Career?

I have now been laid off for about 4 months due to a downsizing. I have eaten through my saving to support my family off setting the enormous $426 I get from unemployment. I have over 12 years of experience in management and can’t get a company to bite. I have literally put out 100′s of resumes, applying, filling out questionairs, profiles and not to mention the initial phone interview. What else can i do? I live in CT I have only 2 months left on umemployment and about the same in savings. If I don’t get an offer soon i will loose it all!!!

  3. What type of a position are you looking for? You might be looking in the wrong place. And what type of management experience do you have?
    Another thing too, is that you might be applying to jobs you are either overqualified or underqualified to do. I work in HR and do recruiting for my company. E-mail me if you need some pointers. =D
