send bulk mailing by zip code – pitching yourself and the co you work for – would you like to sell your house ? sit down for a free consultation etc etc – if interested please contact me or send back the paid postage etc. etc – you should be able to get about 10 apointments a week this way – and maybe a contract or two every other month – I am surprised your company hasnt shown you how to prospect for clients

The best places to meet prospective clients is EVERY WHERE. Greet people where ever you are and pass out at a min 15 business cards or brochures.
