I have to research this paper on a cardiologist I need someone that’s in that profession. I need their backround, education, where they grew up, where they live, what school they went to, and why they choose that profession.

  2. I’m not a cardiologist, but I work in the profession. I chose it, b/c my Grandpa died of a massive coronary infarction-a heart attack. I thought by becoming involved in cardiology, I’d be able to help others prevent heart attacks so their families wouldn’t have to live through the pain of losing them the way I lost my Grandpa.
I have training as a paramedic with cardiac care as my area of expertise; paramedics have to choose an area of expertise before they graduate.
I grew up in Ohio then S. California, which is where I got my training: UCLA’s College of Prehospital Care. I was trained on the job as EKG Technician, which included giving patients EKGs and applying Holter monitors to them.
I got additional training in Emergency Medical Technology at N. Kentucky Health Technology Center; it’s part of Northern Kentucky University. Altogether, I have a 2 year education w/o the Associate’s Degree. As I said I’m a paramedic with cardiac care as my area of expertise and a deeper understanding of Emergency Medical Technology.
I live in Ohio now but have lived in Pennsylvania and California.
