		<description>Where in CA are you? I know it is tempting to move out of state, but I think a career change is better, which it looks like you are already preparing for. Unless of course you absolutely hate it here. I live in the OC LA area and there are plenty of jobs around here that pay good money. Monster.com is ok, as well as Careerbuilder but the response is usually from people like primerica or temp agencies. craigslist.org is pretty good because those people are more serious. The problem with moving out of state unless you move to charlotte, nc or dallas, tx is that as cost of living goes down so does your average pay rate. that is something that salary.com (i think) is pretty good for. hope that helps :)</description>

The California government has a site called &#039;Cal jobs&#039; and you might be able to find something similar by going to the state websites of the particular states you&#039;re interested in moving to.</description>
