there’s many jobs involving this… most likely a psychologist or a counselor and there are different types of psychologists and counselors (for example, research, marriage, addiction, disability, children’s..etc) if you want to be a specific type, you choose it depending on the amount of education you are willing to go through and what your particular interests are (if you want to help marriages or children or people with mental disorders or are interested in a particular type of therapy such as cognitive behavioural therapy..etc).
