I just got a job offer as an executive search consultant. This sounds like a great job for my personality as I love networking and prefer a fast pace life. Plus I’m still relatively young and a bit sick of being bogged down by a 9-5 job.
The problem is I anticipate only being a headhunter for 2-3 years.
I am not sure if I can go back to being a HR, Recruitment or Training Mgr after the 2-3 years.
