I've been in my career for 20 years and have always enjoyed what I did, but know I find that the whole field I work in no longer appeals to me. I wish I had gotten a degree in a total different field. Anyone else?

Many people become doctors, lawyers, architects, IT people, etc driven by a passion to do that career. If you're smart but can't find the passion for any specific career path, is that indicative of a mental disorder?
