How Do People Find Another Job In The Same Career If They Were Fired From Their Most Recent Job?
January 15, 2010 – 11:22 amOne of my co-workers who was fired and came back to work after sucessfully appealing the termination using the government’s Merit Systems Protection Board, told me that she was unable to find a job in her field bc prospective employer’s kept going back to the most recent employer who fired her.
But a friend of mine keeps getting fired from jobs bc of personality conflicts but then keeps getting rehired in the same field.

It is against the law for a past employer to say bad things about you. So its better for them only to say when they worked for them and not to say why they are not there.
