		<description>I have the same problem, and I just try to find somewhere in the application to notate that the company is no longer in business.  
If you do have the old address and phone number, list it; if anyone actually calls to check your history, it wouldn&#039;t be until AFTER they interview you anyway, and by then you will have had a chance to explain this. Believe me, this is not an uncommon issue, and employers are well aware of it. Besides, how likely is it that you would have false information about a company that no longer exists to put on your resume in the first place??</description>
