How Can I Find Out What Career I Should Do, If I Don’t Know What Careers Interest Me?

January 24, 2010 – 4:53 pm

I want a career that is fulfilling, and rewarding, and I can enjoy doing everyday. The thing is, I don’t know what I would like to do. Any thoughts? **No stupid advertisements for online jobs** Oh, and if you want to add what you do, and why you do it, that would be great too. =]

  2. You could try to take some aptitude tests. If you’re in college, you can usually find someone there who administers them. Some employment offices have them, too. That would at least give you an idea based on your personality and skills.
I’m in the same boat. I’ve had a career for 5 years, but now I need something else. I have no idea what I really want to do when I grow up. :)

  4. Take an aptitude test, it will help you discover your personal strengths and which career would be best suited to you. http://jobsearch.about.com/od/careertests/a/careertests.htm
