Can I Move From Employment Visa To Husband Sponser Visa And Work In Another Company?

Can i move from Employment visa to Husband sponser visa and work in another company. As i will get a ban and will i legally allow to work on husband sponser having a ban. or is there any way to remove the ban as i am ready to pay the charges as well.
