Besides Lane Bryant Does Anyone Know Where I Can Find Plus Size Career Clothing?
February 10, 2010 – 10:52 amI like Lane Bryant, they just don’t have much to choose from. Anyone know of an online catalog that has plus size clothing that I could wear to work?

Dress Barn carries a selection of business suits and career clothing.
Some department stores, like Macy’s and Dillard’s, have very good selections in some of their stores and practically nothing in other branches. Macy’s has online shopping, too: http://www1.macys.com/catalog/index.ognc…
So does Dillard’s: http://www.dillards.com/endeca/EndecaSta…
The website 3FatChicks.com lists a variety of plus-size clothing sources. http://www.3fatchicks.com/Womens_Plus_Si…

Torrid has great stuff. im not sure how old you are though, it is kind of targeted towards 25 and under sort of crowd. its definatly worth a shot though, i saw a really cute jacket and top in there the other day that were very classic that anyone could wear. theres also a great store called CJ Banks that has great stuff, my mother shops there all the time and im jelous sometimes that im not big enough to fit in it, because some of it really is that nice. also, the womens section does sometimes have nicer stuff for plus size women, its sometimes just pushed to the very back rack for some odd reason. boston store is good for this.

Here’s a list from http://www.plussizecheap.com of good places to shop online for plus size women’s clothing:
1. Alight.com – has a really nice selection of career and casual clothing.
2. Torrid.com – Torrid is a store exclusively for plus size women, and they have an excellent selection of plus size cheap clothing and accessories.
3. CurvyChick.com – you’ll find a ton of shopping links along with a community of thousands of plus size women who can suggest all kinds of great plus size, cheap shopping stores and websites. You can create a profile there and post photos. Women often post photos of themselves wearing plus size things they’ve bought, so it’s a great resource for seeing how clothes look on other curvy gals. And check out the fashion and style message board – there’s lots of info there on shopping for items at all price points.
4. Ulla Popken and Blair are both good catalog sites, and have some stylish plus size cheap things.
5. Surprisingly, Walmart has great line of fashionable plus size clothes, including George, Metro7, and Faded Glory. The George and Metro7 lines look expensive but are actually pretty cheap to buy.

Department stores like Macys, Nordstrom, Saks and Pennies. Some surprising places like Lands End and Eddie Bauer. Those are just a few. You can find more in our Plus-Size Career Clothing Directory at:http://www.elegantplus.com/Plus-Size-Clo…

Try Ashley Stewart.I would say Torrid, but I’m not sure if they have career clothes, most of it’s party, event or casual clothes but you can check and see.I hope I helped.
