Too make it short and sweet, what kind of alternative careers can I choose from that do not require four years of college and would be high still bei n HIGH demand?

My husband’s brother decided college wasn’t for him and he’s been unemployed for almost 3 years now. My cousin did not go to college and is earning a good salary being an automotives sales representative. Right now, job outlook is not good for those who do not have an education. But you could always try a trade (i.e. join a union) or get a certification in something, like HVAC.
